Kia Ora everyone! Welcome back to my blog. For today's blog, i'm going to tell you about shotput in Hurumanu 5. 

We have groups, my groups are Lhysette, Rheanne, Jaren and Lucy. We went in the field and we did the shotput. 

But before we went in the field, we were talking about how to throw the shotput. Do you know how to throw the shotput?

Well, if you don't know, here is some ways to throw the shotput!

• Bend your back a little bit
• Make sure your hand that's holding the shotput is a little bit spread out.
• Before you throw make sure to bend over 2 times then the third time you can throw.

We tried to do shotput on our knees then we also tried to do it on 1 knees up.

We also have to make a graphs. And we recorded each other throw.
