It's been 2 weeks since the school started, everything happened so fast. Today, I will be showing you what we have been working on during Hurumanu 1.
We had to choose one hero that changed one or more particular country, or we could also choose someone that has done something to us, we could consider it as a hero. Hero's doesn't wear mask or costume all the time. Some might be out there doing something for others and doesn't get recognise.
The hero that I picked was Kate Sheppard. She was one of the leaders of Women's suffrage petition. I consider her as a hero because now, women's has the right to vote on elections and politics stuff. She has shown: commitment, leadership, resilience, courageous, role model, inspiring, respectful, kind, enthusiastic and Independent.
I created a drawing of her, and some writings about what she has done that makes her a hero:
Thank you for reading my blog. I hope you learn something new. I will be posting more works for this past weeks, bye.
